Short answer: about two to three weeks from the first measurement to a finished wall, with only one to two of those days spent in your home. The long answer is more useful, because the parts that cause delays are almost never the build.

Because almost nothing is made there. Panels are cut, edged and pre-assembled in our workshop on Finch Avenue West, then brought in as sections. Cutting on site means dust through the whole house and a project that drags across a week.
Your living room is not a workshop. We protect floors, assemble, scribe to the wall, fit, and take the packaging with us when we leave.
Finish decisions. The single most common one. There are 62 fluted finishes, and the build cannot start until one is chosen. Deciding at the measurement visit — with samples in hand — usually saves a week.
Electrical. If the outlet needs to move, a new circuit is needed for a fireplace, or you want in-wall power for the TV, we arrange it with our licensed electrician — you don’t need to line up a separate trade — and we schedule that work around the build. Raise it at the measurement so we can plan it in from the start.
Condo approvals. Service elevator booking and a certificate of insurance can take a few days to a week depending on the building. We file the paperwork, but property management sets the pace. Our condo media wall rules guide covers what to expect.
Scope changes mid-build. Adding a fireplace or changing the layout after cutting has started means re-cutting. Not impossible, but it resets part of the schedule.
Sometimes. If the finish is one we hold, the layout is straightforward and no electrical work is involved, we have turned projects around in under two weeks. Ask when we measure — we will tell you honestly rather than promise a date and miss it.
