Toronto living rooms come in every shape — condo towers on the waterfront, Victorian semis in the west end, post-war bungalows in Scarborough. We design each media wall around the room you actually have, fabricate it off-site at our North York workshop, and install it clean in a day or two. It's the same hands-on approach behind the media walls across the GTA that we build every week.
A real ARV install — finished media wall project
Almost nobody in the GTA publishes starting prices. We do — and your itemized quote breaks down every element before any work starts.
A media wall downtown rarely has the luxury of a wide, empty wall. In condos we work around bulkheads, concrete columns and strata rules; in older semis we deal with uneven plaster and walls that haven't seen a level in a century. Off-site fabrication is what makes this practical: your building's elevator gets booked once, the panels arrive finished, and the on-site work is measured in days, not weeks. The result is a wall that looks architectural — not added on.
Toronto gives us two very different rooms. In the older east and west end housing stock the living room wall is plaster over lath, often with a chimney breast in the middle and an outlet in the wrong place. We build free-standing carcasses that carry their own load and scribe to the wall rather than relying on fixings into crumbling plaster — the wall unit stays true even when the wall behind it is not.
Downtown condos are the opposite: perfectly flat walls, and a list of rules. Concrete shear walls that cannot be drilled, in-slab heating, a service elevator that must be booked, and a certificate of insurance filed before anyone arrives. We work within all of it routinely. Where drilling is restricted, we design the entertainment unit as a floor-supported build with a discreet top restraint rather than a fully wall-hung one.
Most projects start from $2,400 and the final price depends on size, fireplace, LED lighting and storage. After a free on-site measurement you get a clear, itemized quote — no surprises, and a written warranty on the finished wall.
Yes — this is most of our Toronto work. We book the service elevator with your property manager, deliver the pre-built panels in one trip, and keep on-site work quiet and short. Most condo installs are done in a day.
Typically two to three weeks from measurement to install: we confirm the design and itemized quote right after your free measurement, fabricate off-site, then install in one to two days. Ask about current workshop lead times when you book.
Free on-site measurement anywhere in Toronto, a clear itemized quote, and a written warranty on every project. We reply to every message, 9 AM–9 PM, every day.
