Where we come in

What homeowners usually need

A bathroom that no longer works for you

Worn tile, a tired vanity, poor storage or lighting that makes the room feel smaller than it is.

A layout that needs to change

Moving a vanity, swapping a tub for a walk-in shower or adding storage usually means plumbing and framing changes. We plan them properly from the start.

Too many trades to coordinate

Demolition, plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile and paint each need the right people at the right time. We manage that sequence for you.

  2. Consultation and site visit

We talk through your goals, then visit to see the space and take measurements.

  3. Scope and estimate

Questions

Bathroom renovation FAQ

How long does a bathroom renovation take?
It depends on the size of the room and whether the layout changes. Your written estimate includes the timeline for your bathroom.
Can you move the shower, toilet or vanity?
Often, yes. Moving fixtures means plumbing changes, which we plan with licensed trades and, where required, a permit. We check what is possible during the site visit.
Can I choose my own tile and fixtures?
Yes. Materials, including who supplies them, are agreed in the written scope before work starts, so there are no surprises later.
Who does the plumbing and electrical work?
Plumbing and electrical work is carried out by licensed trades that we coordinate as part of your project. Your estimate shows which trade work is involved.
Will I get a written agreement?
Yes. Before work starts you receive a written agreement with the scope, materials, price, payment schedule and timeline. Any change during the project is agreed in writing first.
